Jiri GENOV (1970) graduated from the School of Applied Arts Turnov in two subjects – at first as a jewellery designer and then as an artist blacksmith. His work ranges from jewellery made from stainless steel to objets d’art and forged and hammered sculptures. His favourite material is stainless steel which he likes for its endurance, stiffness and challenging workability.
Jiri Genov is one of the initiators of the Gallery KusKovu foundation.
